From indoor functional training sessions and gravity-defying bungee classes to our outdoor gym equipment MyBeast and the boxing ring Geezers, our fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. And since we don’t believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' system, you can also try one of our Fitness On Demand apps at the Training Camp for some alone time.
