Virgin Voyages' top priority is to create a safe environment for you. Here is a list (super long, but super important) of prohibited items on all Virgin Voyages ships. If a passenger is found with any of these items on board or during boarding, the Virgin Voyages team may deny access to these items, dispose of them, or confiscate them until the end of the trip
Staying hydrated is key to your well-being at sea, so Virgin Voyages includes essential beverages like water (sparkling and still), non-bottled juices, sodas, teas, and coffees on all trips. Also, knowing that Wi-Fi is as vital as water, Virgin Voyages includes it in your trip as well. All meals in the restaurants, tips, group fitness classes, and entertainment are also included

Virgin Voyages offers a wide variety of carefully selected beers, wines, and cocktails throughout the ship, but you can bring two (2) 750 ml bottles of wine per cabin in your carry-on luggage (no spirits or beers, please). Please note that alcohol from your checked luggage will be collected before boarding and returned at the end of the trip. You can also bring special spirits from a port of call; just hand them to the security team when boarding, and they will keep them until your last night
Virgin Voyages requires you to have a valid passport with an expiration date of at least six months after the end of the trip. Depending on your country of nationality, some ports may require a visa for entry
If you book more than 125 days in advance of the departure date, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your reservation (remember that you can also hold a reservation for 24 hours without any deposit up to 45 days before departure). After this time, you will need to pay the full price of the trip when booking. If you need to change your travel plans after this deadline, you still have many options to use this credit. Check Virgin Voyages' cancellation policy and contact the Sailor Services crew or your travel agent for more information

To make your booking experience as smooth as possible, the website allows you to choose a specific cabin category. The best available one according to your online selected criteria will be assigned. If you want to change the location of your cabin on the ship, you can select a new area on the website based on availability. If you prefer to choose a more specific cabin or suite, contact us
Yes, names on reservations can be changed up to 48 hours before your trip, at no additional cost (excluding flights). Please contact the Sailor Services crew for more information
Of course, a service dog is allowed on board. Service dogs are defined as those individually trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Dogs whose only function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the U.S. Department of Justice and will not be admitted on board. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or other restraint device. For health reasons, they are not allowed in pools, hot tubs, or spas. The care and supervision of the dog is the sole responsibility of the owner. Virgin Voyages will not provide food or care for the dog and limits one service dog per cabin
It's worth paying in advance! In addition to reserving money specifically for premium drinks on board, Virgin Voyages adds an additional $50 for every $300 of Bar Tab purchased in advance. So feel free to order that extra drink and enjoy the Shake for Champagne
In addition to everything included in Virgin Voyages trips, passengers who book in Circle will receive additional credit per cabin to spend on board during their cruise. They also receive additional credit for the trip fare. Circle leaders have the option to use it to reduce the fare of one or more cabins and/or apply it to bookable experiences during their vacation.
