Training Camp

No membership required to HIIT this gym. Equipped with

Technogym ARTIS, our Training Camp is where you’ll go for most of our group workout sessions. From indoor functional training sessions and gravity-defying bungee classes to our MyBeast outdoor gym equipment and Geezers Boxing ring,our fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. And because we don’t believe in the “one size fits all” system, you can also try one of our Fitness On Demand apps at the Training Camp for some alone time.

The Runway

Our signature, Virgin-red running track forms a (255 meters-ish) halo-like vision over the ship, allowing you to sweat, strut or stroll. Because for some of us, the only kind of running we do is… from our problems. And don't forget the SPF — The Runway is outside and the sun, unlike our problems, will catch up with you no matter how fast you run.

Inspired by this maritime tradition and the power of its message, we’ve teamed up with World Famous Tattoo Ink, Soho Ink, and Freshly Inked Magazine to continue this legacy with rock ‘n’ roll style by bringing some of the best ink artists to sea, at our very own tattoo studio on board.

The Athletic Club

Designed with the aesthetic of athletic social clubs of the past, The Athletic Club incorporates not only the Training Camp but also a Geezers Boxing ring, strength and gymnastics installations like you’d find in NYC sports clubs in the 1920s, MyBeast equipment, a basketball court, oversized games, and even adult-sized seesaws. And after sweating it all out, head to the bar for a cold-pressed juice (or a craft cocktail) and make sure your social life is replenished with equal vigor.

Perch

Located at the top of the ship on Deck 17 — right above the Athletic Club — The Perch is our charming and serene outdoor space devoted to the pursuit of Vitamin Sea and personal connection. Every morning starts with sunrise yoga, and when the day draws to a close, The Perch transforms into a space for intimate, social gatherings where you can connect with other Sailors with a sunset backdrop and a glass of champagne.

Tonic

After working up a sweat at B-Complex, relax with a wellness beverage at Gym & Tonic — a juice bar with numerous wellness offerings, including a full bar. Gym & Tonic has myriad drinks to help you wind down after giving your all… or some of your all. From made-to-order shakes and fresh or cold-pressed juices to our Reset Cocktails that are healthy in spirit (while putting the spirit in healthy), there’s no wrong way to thank yourself for taking care of your mind, body, and soul.

Well-being pool

Conveniently situated between Gym & Tonic and our MyBeast strength bars, the Well-being pool is the perfect place to cool off and hydrate after you’ve worked up a sweat… or as you work on enjoying every drop of your favorite daytime cocktail.

Sailors can purchase Thermal Day Passes to enjoy our Thermal Suite amenities.  Once aboard sailors can see and book a varied list of treatments, meant to indulge your mind and body.
