The Test Kitchen

Specifically designed for the most demanding palates, The Test Kitchen is both a restaurant and an unconventional cooking school. Inspired by Escoffier's Ma Cuisine, their tasting menus are presented as a list of ingredients, but the culinary techniques, presentation, and flavors are explored in ways never seen before. With innovative and experiential classes like Mixology and coffee labs, you will try different methods and components to achieve unique results.

The Pizza Place 

At The Pizza Place, you have complete control over your pizza, from the dough to the cheese. a bit of pepper, a bit of ricotta, and any other ingredient you want... Or you can simply choose a pizza from the menu and relax in the outdoor hammocks. With a design inspired by a beach club, this place is perfect for late-night visits, for a drink and to satisfy your hunger. 

The Dock 

With the same Mediterranean-inspired menu as its indoor counterpart. The Dock offers you the ultimate in relaxation with the wind in your hair and the sun (optional) on your face. Like an elegant private cabin. The Dock allows you to unwind and enjoy our rosé or spritz wine list and indulge in snacks until your next adventure calls you. 

The Dock House 

The Dock House, elegant and cozy at the same time, offers bright flavors with live acoustic sounds. Enjoy grilled skewers or bites with homemade pita and sauces. Detox with freshly squeezed juice and savor Mediterranean-inspired cocktails. 

The Social Club 

It's an ode to carnival classics, both in terms of food and spirit. From classic pretzels and hot dogs to modern shakes (which can be dressed up with a little adult alcohol), But we don’t call it "social" for nothing: this dinner is perfect for playing a good game of air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball, and much more. 

The Galley 

With a mix of "restaurants" and food stalls, each place has a unique concept with signature dishes that change throughout the day. The Galley features a bakery and pastry shop, a panini area, a burger joint, a taco restaurant, a sushi bar with bento boxes, a noodle bar, a soup and salad stand, and an all-day American restaurant.

From the bustling streets of New York to our charming ships. chef Waki Ng's noodles capture attention wherever they go. Richly flavored masterpieces for which Shinka, from Chinatown, has won several awards, have found a new home at The Galley, nestled among the udon soup specialties on the Noodle Around menu, perfect for slurping,

Our whimsical ice cream shop evokes warm summer nights. With six homemade flavors to choose from and a featured flavor that our fabulous cast of Happenings theatrically announces each day, our ice cream shop is the perfect stop for a midday treat or late-night snack. Are you vegan? Don’t worry. we have it all figured out.
